Ticket & Space Order Confirmation Information

GLH Store Orders: Orders placed through  the Greater Louisville Hamfest Store are received electronically. Upon payment, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of the order. This is confirmation of your order. A copy of your order may also be printed after checkout as your receipt. Your order is then sent to GLH Store personnel to be processed and recorded.

Mail Orders: Orders received will be processed by GLHA personnel. After processing your order, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the form. The email message will include a confirmation number, the date processed, items ordered and pickup information. This is your receipt and confirmation your order was received. Keep the email for your records.

If you placed an order by mail and did not receive a confirmation email within five working days after mailing your order, send an email to GLHA Orders and we will investigate the problem and keep you informed of the situation.

Ticket Pickup

Inside Space & Ticket Orders: Tickets can be picked up at the Prize Booth during setup on Friday from 1:30pm until 8:00pm and on Saturday from 6:00am until 7:30am.

Outside Tailgating & Ticket Orders: Those tailgating Saturday morning who ordered advance tickets can pick up their tickets at the Prize Booth inside between 6:15am and 7:30am and at the Inside Ticket Booth after 7:45am.

Ticket-Only Orders: Those who do not have spaces and ordered tickets in advance can pick up at the Inside Ticket Booth beginning at 7:45am on Saturday, the day of the hamfest.
